We have a mandate to inspire, educate and support student entrepreneurs to create high-value jobs. We collaborate with Wadhwani Foundation to create an entrepreneurial Campus by training teachers, students, mentoring and connecting students with industry networks across the country.
DST - New Generation Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cell (NewGenIEDC) is a flagship program of the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Dept. of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. The Center at Dr. MGR has been awarded a total grant of Rs. 3.7 Crores over a 5 year period from 2017 to create a student start-up center and fund student ventures.
