BEL Trainee And Project Engineer Recruitment 2025, 137+ Vacancies, Salary ₹55,000

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced a significant recruitment drive for Trainee Engineer-I and Project Engineer-I positions across various disciplines. This recruitment aims to fill 137 vacancies, with 67 openings for Trainee Engineer-I and 70 for Project Engineer-I. The positions are available in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, and Mechatronics fields. BEL, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, is seeking talented individuals to contribute to its Product Development & Innovation Centre (PDIC) and Centres of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru.

The eligibility criteria for these positions include a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree in relevant disciplines. Eligibility Criteria For BEL Recruitment

Educational Qualification:

• Trainee Engineer-I: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering (4-year course) in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science from an AICTE recognized institution with First Class.
• Project Engineer-I: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering (4-year course) in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Mechatronics from an AICTE recognized institution with First Class.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025):

• Trainee Engineer-I: 18 to 28 years
• Project Engineer-I: 21 to 32 years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC candidates: 3 years
• SC/ST candidates: 5 years
• PwBD candidates: 10 years

Experience:

• Trainee Engineer-I: No experience required
• Project Engineer-I: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience

BEL Recruitment Selection Process

Trainee Engineer-I:

• Written test (100 marks)
• Objective-type multiple-choice questions
• 2-hour duration
• Negative marking (1/4 mark deducted for each wrong answer)

Project Engineer-I:

1. Written test (85 marks)
2. Interview (15 marks)
3. Top 5 candidates per post from the written test will be called for the interview
